My guest this week is Lindsey Ellison. Lindsey is a relationship coach, who helps people discover their breakthroughs in their breakup. Her breakups were a catalyst for self-discovery and with insightful reflection, she identified her own destructive relationship patterns. She had a co-dependency relapse and came to surrender in a whole new way to reach the freedom she now has. She learned that the love addict’s greatest fear is that of abandonment with an underlying fear of intimacy.
Lindsey believes that all breakups (and divorces) are a catalyst for self-discovery. She specializes in childhood trauma, codependency, communicating with narcissists, and high conflict relationships.
Lindsey is an international best seller of her book, MAGIC Words: How to Get What You Want from a Narcissist, TEDx speaker, and also host of her highly-rated podcast, Unbreakable You: Break up Without Being Broken.
