My guest today is Amy LaBossiere and she has been sober for over 8 years now. She is an artist and works with her husband Tao on public art projects in Hartford, CT. She used to run a Retreat Center and is certified in holistic health. 

Amy LaBossiere is a multi-disciplinary artist and creative manager based in Hartford, CT. She has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and communications. Amy is the former managing partner of Still Waters Retreat Center and worked at multiple advertising agencies in CT. She is the volunteer co-director of Hartford ArtSpace Gallery and a marketing consultant. Amy also works with her fine artist husband Tao on public art projects. Amy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts with a specialization in public relations from Long Island University/CW Post, a Master of Arts in Conscious Evolution from The Graduate Institute, and a certificate in holistic health from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She lives in Hartford with her husband Tao, their two rescue cats and an elderly blind and deaf rescue mini poodle.

Amy and her friend stepped up when the Pandemic hit our area to form two daily meeting for people in recovery. These daily Zoom AA meetings are now international and still going strong. Here's how you can attend:
