My guest today is Nick Jaworski an internationally recognized executive in the field of behavioral health with experience building organizations across four continents. Nick works with senior leaders in the field of behavioral health to advance their organizations to improve patient care, experience, and communication. Welcome to the podcast Nick.

As the owner of Circle Social Inc. and The Institute for the Advancement of Group Therapy, he has helped healthcare organizations ranging in revenue from $10 million to $1 billion a year improve patient care, experience, and communication. He is also a Certified Disney Trainer and has observed over 100 group therapy sessions across levels of care and provider types. Nick is a recipient of the prestigious Jefferson Award for his work in mental health, is an adviser to the board for The Behavioral Health Association of Providers, and is also on the board for one of the most innovative treatment programs in the country – Above and Beyond Recovery in Chicago. Finally, he is a Certified Diversity Executive. When he's not online, he can be found spending time with his favorite person in the whole world, his daughter.
